Heavy Sleeper Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 12, 2026

Local-first by design. Alarm plans, mission settings, bedtime checklist state, notes, and wake history stay on your device. Heavy Sleeper does not require an account and does not send this private wake content to the developer or advertisers.

Information the app uses

How information is used

Advertising

The free tier may show Google AdMob banner ads on noncritical screens and optional rewarded ads when you choose a temporary unlock. Google and its partners may process device identifiers, advertising data, product interaction data, coarse location derived from network information, and diagnostics to serve, measure, secure, and limit ads. Google’s User Messaging Platform is used to request any privacy choices required for your region.

Heavy Sleeper does not provide alarm labels, alarm times, notes, mission answers, photos, wake routines, or wake history to Google AdMob. Premium removes ads. You can revisit available ad privacy choices from Settings.

Analytics

The current app does not send custom analytics events to the developer or a third-party analytics service. Product events used by the interface are handled locally.

Alarms and notifications

If you allow access, Heavy Sleeper schedules system alarms through Apple AlarmKit and supplemental local notifications on your device. Permission choices can be changed in iOS Settings.

Purchases

Premium purchases use Apple StoreKit. Apple handles billing, renewal management, transaction history, and refunds under Apple’s terms.

Retention and deletion

Local wake data remains on the device until you reset it in Heavy Sleeper Settings or delete the app. Heavy Sleeper has no developer-hosted user account or cloud database to delete.

Children

Heavy Sleeper is a general-audience utility and is not directed to children under 13.
